The Fay & Gus Jones House (1956)
Most of Jones’ works in his subsequent career can trace their DNA back to this house. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Arrival: 8:30 AM, 465 N. Arkansas Avenue, Fayetteville, AR.
Consider your travel time to the parking location and arrive 30 minutes early, at 8:30, for parking and check in. Shuttle buses will load promptly. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
The shuttle bus will depart promptly at 9 A.M. Restrooms for the tour will be located here.
Lambeth Lounge at the Inn will be available after 4pm for an evening coffee or cocktail before departure (not included).
If you are interested in staying at the Inn the night before the tour, rooms are blocked out for tour attendees until April 15. Click here to book.
Lunch at Ella’s Table
Your ticket includes lunch and gratuity at Ella’s Table inside the Inn at Carnall Hall.
Preorder your lunch, selecting from the options below at booking:
Turkey Club: House smoked turkey, bacon, smoked gouda, alfalfa sprouts, tomato, lemon tarragon aioli on sourdough, served with fries.
Ella’s Burger: 44 Farms ground beef, American cheese, butter lettuce, tomato, red onion, house pickle, brioche bun, served with fries.
Garden Greens Dinner Salad with Cup of Vegetarian Soup: Mesclun greens, cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, choice of dressing served with a cup of Chef’s daily creation of a vegetarian soup.
All lunches include an individually wrapped cookie.

Prepare for Your Visit
As this tour is residential and transport is by shuttle bus, all tour attendance is by ticket purchase only. No exceptions.
Purchase tickets until sold out - only available here, online. Ticket sales are final and are not refundable. Ticket price includes shuttle bus transportation, tour admission, lunch and gratuity. If, after purchasing your ticket, you are unable to make it and would like someone else to use your ticket, call 479-644-9673.

Parking: Parking is located at the Inn at Carnall Hall, 465 N. Arkansas Avenue, Fayetteville, AR. Overflow parking can be found diagonally across from the Inn, on the northeast corner of Arkansas Avenue and Maple Street, off Whitham Avenue.
Restrooms: Not available at residential tour locations except for emergency situations. Restrooms are available at the Inn at Carnall Hall only.
Infant & Children Policy: No children below the age of 10 are allowed on this particular tour.
Wheelchair Accessibility: These houses were built as private residences, 30 to 70 years ago, thus they are not wheelchair accessible. Participants must be able to traverse stairs. Please send any questions to info@efayjonesconservancy.org.
Duration: Approximately 7-7.5 hours. You will tour two houses in the morning and two houses in the afternoon, with lunch at Ella’s Table at the Inn at Carnall Hall. You should be back to the parking area by 4 to 4:30 P.M.
Inclement Weather: Tour will proceed rain or shine.
Attire: Please wear weather appropriate attire and comfortable walking shoes. You may be asked to wear surgical booties over your shoes at some homes, which will be provided. Backpacks and/or large purses or bags are not allowed in the houses. Please leave them in your vehicle.
Photography: Exterior photography is allowed on all tours but no tripods, selfie sticks, stabilizers or drones are allowed. No interior photography is allowed, no exceptions.
Ticket purchase implies your consent to a Photo Waiver; we occasionally may reproduce or post photos of our guests for promotional use, although we avoid face recognition where we can.
Pets: Pets are not permitted on this tour. Service animals, as described by ADA Title II and III are allowed.
Concessions: Food nor drink of any kind are allowed inside tour locations. There will be a break for lunch and water will be available on the shuttle bus.
